Payment Policy
You can make reservations with us by advising us of your acceptance of the tour and travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on a confirmed basis only on receipt of 50% advance payment. The remaining payment has to be made a minimum of 3 days before the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before the commencement of the tour will violate the terms and the package shall be canceled without any refunds.
- 50% payment at the time of booking is mandatory for confirmation of all services.
- Balance payment has to be paid before the commencement of the tour.
- Hotel/Cruise confirmation is subject to advance payment only.
- 100% payment for Sea Shell group of Hotels/Coral Reef Resort/Barefoot/Munjoh Resort/Taj Exotica.
- GST @ 5% is included.
- Payment gateway charges as applicable will be charged for payments through Credit/Debit Card or Online payment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail from the person who made the booking must be received at our office.
- Prior to 45 days or more before arrival: Rs.1000 per person
- Between 44-31 days before arrival: 30% of tour cost
- Between 30-11 days before arrival: 50% of tour cost
- 10 days or less before arrival: 70% of tour cost
- No refund for cancellations between 15 Dec to 15 Jan once advance payment is received.
- No refund for bookings of Sea Shell group of Hotels/Coral Reef Resort/Barefoot/Munjoh Resort/Taj Exotica once advance payment is received.
Terms and Conditions
- Peak Season Surcharge from 15 Dec to 15 Jan will be charged extra.
- Mandatory gala dinner charges for Christmas or New Year's Eve have to be paid extra.
- Hotels once confirmed cannot be changed.
- Hotels permit only 3 people in a room. Extra mattress provided for extra adult/child.
- Checkout time is 8 AM; early check-in/late checkout subject to hotel discretion.
- Meals correspond to the number of nights booked. Breakfast not provided on arrival day.
- Operator reserves the right to re-arrange the itinerary.
- Ferry timings subject to government discretion.
- Tour guide reserves the right to make changes due to weather or security reasons.
- Guests must carry age proof for children and infants.
Force Majeure Cancellations
- Cancellations due to pandemic, natural calamities, flight/cruise cancellations, political disturbances, etc., will be refunded as per our cancellation policy.
- Refunds for hotels & cruises will be only the actual amount refunded by the hotel and cruise.
- Heaven Andaman will not be liable for a 100% refund in Force Majeure Cancellations.
